Prior to joining Ginzburg & Bronshtyen, APC, Ashley worked for a boutique firm specializing in trust and probate litigation, contested conservatorships, trust and estate administration, and estate planning. Ashley has litigated will contests, trust contests, 850 petitions, contested conservatorships, accounting disputes, actions for removal and surcharge of fiduciaries, and fiduciary appointments. Ashley zealously and compassionately represents her clients’ interests.
She has appeared before probate courts in Los Angeles County, San Diego, Ventura County, Santa Barbara County, San Bernardino County, Santa Clara County, and Orange County.
Ashley was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2022, 2023, and 2024. According to the Super Lawyers website, only 2.5% of lawyers are selected for inclusion on the Rising Stars list each year in each state.
